Gurney, Wheelchair and Ambulatory Transportation Services:

• Transportation can be used for hospital discharges, outpatient surgery, dialysis, physical therapy appointments, doctor appointments, pain management, cancer and radiation treatments and many other services.
• Our vehicles and drivers are fully insured. Our comprehensive policy covers bed to bed, curb to curb and hospital to home.
• Auspice home Care also offers 2 person gurney transports and transportation for wheelchair patients. Vehicles are ADA compliant and use Sure-Lok and Q'Straint restraints systems for our patient's safety.
• All drivers are First Aid and CPR certified, drug tested, DMV checks, and background checked. All drivers also attend Auspice University for our core training services. All vehicles receive daily maintenance checks and routine servicing.
• Our vehicles are clean and air conditioned with friendly, professional drivers.

Rates for Gurney Transportation:

• One Way - $125 flat rate
• Round Trip - $200 flat rate

Rates for Wheelchair & Ambulatory Transportation:

• One way - $35.00
• Round Trip - $55.00
• Per Mile - $1.50
