Our Caregivers
Our caregivers go through an extensive background check, drug test, and skill testing to ensure the highest quality care for you:
- This begins with a thorough Interview.
- TB Screening. (Caregivers must have a current TB test).
- Personality Testing. (Caregivers receive a personality test that determines if they are the right fit for Auspice Home Care Solutions, LLC and their clients.)
- Competency Testing. (Caregivers must pass a competency test that encompasses all of the services Auspice provides. Additional training is provided to caregivers to ensure they can meet each client's needs before taking on the case).
- References Checks. (Reference checks are a good way to verify that caregivers are reliable and have the experience they claim. Auspice provides reference checks for all employees).
- DMV/Vehicle Records Check. (We ensure our caregivers have a valid CADL, clean DMV record, and proper insurance if they are providing transportation to Auspice clients).
- Drug Testing. (Caregivers receive a pre-employment drug screen and drug testing as necessary).
- DOJ/fingerprint checks. (This is the best way to screen caregivers to ensure they are clean of felonies and misdemeanors).
- Caregivers are Bonded and insured.
- Workman’s comp./liability insurance and tax reporting are included as well.
- Caregivers are trained to assist with Alzheimer's/Dementia Care, End of life care, Rehab assistance/Transition, and Activities. (Caregivers receive a through training that encompasses all of the services Auspice provides. Additional training is provided for caregivers as needed).
Auspice also offers weekly skill labs for caregivers that
want to increase their skill levels.
